New Haven accepts VISA, MasterCard, American Express, or Cash if you use New Haven Store Pick-up at any of our fifteen (15) stores.
New Haven ships via United Parcel Service (UPS) Standard Shipping for orders less than 150 pounds and less than 165 inches in length and girth combined. Orders placed before 12:00pm, should normally arrive within two days from date of order. Orders requiring Common Carriage generally require an additional 2-3 days for arrival.
If Two day or Over Night delivery is necessary, please let the New Haven customer service representative know when you are contacted for shipping information.
Estimated time for Deliveries does not apply to rural areas, Alaska, Hawaii, or US territories.
Estimated delivery dates are not guaranteed. Delays due to weather, or items requiring a signature can delay your New Haven order.
New Haven Distribution Centers (DC) centers do not ship on these Holidays: New Years Day, Memorial Day, July 4th, Labor Day, Thanksgiving, and Christmas.

Applicable taxes, duties, insurance, and customs clearance charges on International orders are the responsibility of our customers.
Sometimes back orders occur. We will e-mail and/or call you immediately to inform you and ask if a similar product can be shipped. Back ordered items will ship as soon as they are available. Your credit card will not be charged for a back ordered item.
New Haven is required to charge applicable state and local sales tax on orders shipped to states where we have a physical presence or Distribution Center (DC). In states where we do not have a physical presence, we may be required to charge applicable state and local sales taxes, such as those enacted by the state of New York.
Some states also require New Haven to charge tax on freight.
Use tax may be applicable in states where New Haven does not collect sales tax. The customer is then responsible for paying use tax as required by their home state.
Your complete satisfaction with any purchase is our goal at New Haven. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may return it to be replaced or refunded within 30 days of purchase. All returns must have proof of purchase (invoice or store receipt). Returned items may not be used in any way and should be returned in the original package.
You may return items freight pre-paid to the closest New Haven Distribution Center. Please call us at 800.743.7237 for a UPS call tag. New Haven is not responsible for returned items lost in transit. If you are shipping with a carrier other than UPS or a common carrier, be sure you are given a tracking number and provide that with your correspondence.
