Returns

Your complete satisfaction with any purchase is our goal at New Haven. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may return it to be replaced or refunded within 30 days of purchase. All returns must have proof of purchase (invoice or store receipt).  Returned items may not be used in any way and should be returned in the original package.

You may return items freight pre-paid to the closest New Haven Distribution Center.  Please call us at 800.743.7237 for a UPS call tag. New Haven is not responsible for returned items lost in transit. If you are shipping with a carrier other than UPS or a common carrier, be sure you are given a tracking number and provide that with your correspondence.
